Payment Terms

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation will automatically change your subscription back to the free tier, and terminate your access to the paid features.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are not available. feel free to try out the site with the free tier.

Billing and Payment Issues

• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times before suspending service.
• Disputed Charges: You agree to contact us directly regarding any billing disputes before contacting your payment provider.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

Account Suspension and Termination
